This is to wish you a very happy birthday on Sunday, with love from your new Grandma and Granddad in England.

We are both looking forward very much to meeting you soon, and to meeting Mummy, Stephanie and Tatyana. We do hope you like England. We're sure we're going to get on really well together.

Daddy did not give us much notice of your birthday, so I'm afraid we haven't had time to organise a card to you, but I can tell you that your present will be waiting here for when you come to see us.

We expect that you are quite excited about flying here next week.You are very lucky to be flying at just 6 years old. The first time I (Grandma) went on a plane, I was 46!!

We hope you have a very good journey, and don't get too tired. I am hoping that I may be able to say 'Happy Birthday' to you on the telephone on Sunday. I will try to call in the afternoon, but in case you are out enjoying yourself, don't worry.
